Cora Cora Maldives expands MYCOFFEE menu with afternoon tea, fresh salads and new beverages
Cora Cora Maldives has introduced an expanded menu at its MYCOFFEE café, adding new food and beverage selections alongside a dedicated afternoon tea experience featuring sweet and savoury preparations.
The refreshed offering includes sandwiches, fresh salads and wellness-focused snacks, complemented by a wider selection of iced teas, smoothies and other refreshing beverages.
The resort has also introduced Sips & Bites Delights, a new afternoon tea experience featuring an assortment of sweet and savoury treats. The offering is included in the resort’s Premium All-Inclusive stay.
For the resort’s culinary and pastry teams, the expanded menu introduces additional opportunities to showcase café-style dining, light meals and afternoon tea preparations.

Sips & Bites Delights adds a dedicated afternoon tea offering to MYCOFFEE, bringing together sweet and savoury selections in a more relaxed dining format.
The addition broadens the café’s offering beyond conventional coffee and snack service, incorporating an experience that draws on both pastry and savoury kitchen preparations.
Afternoon tea service also brings together several culinary disciplines, including bakery, pastry production, food presentation and beverage pairing.
Expanded café and beverage menu
The refreshed MYCOFFEE menu introduces more choices for guests seeking lighter meals throughout the day, including sandwiches, salads and wellness snacks.
New iced teas and smoothies expand the beverage selection, complementing the café’s existing coffee and tea offerings.
MYCOFFEE operates as an open-air lounge café from 6 am to midnight, serving coffee, tea, ice cream and snacks.
The café also features coffee made from beans freshly roasted on the island, alongside a selection of black, green, white and herbal teas.
Its existing offering includes homemade gelato without refined sugars, while vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and other dietary options are available.
The menu expansion reflects the growing role of casual dining venues within resort food and beverage operations, where guests increasingly seek flexibility, lighter food options and experiences beyond traditional restaurant service.
