PREPARATION
Rub in all the ingredients for sweet dough until just combined and keep in the chiller. After resting for 1 hour sheet it thinly and line the tart mould. Mix butter and sugar for almond cream in a bowl. Add in the almond powder and flour. Add in the egg last. In a pot heat the gabulhi filling ingredients and keep stirring until the water dries out. Half Bake the tart shell. Pipe almond cream layer in the half baked tart. and fully bake until golden brown. Spread a layer of gabulhi filling. GABULHI TART (YOUNG COCONUT TART)

320g Cold butter
120g Icing sugar
1 egg
400g Flour
3g Baking powder
50grams Almond Powder
50 grams Sugar
50 grams Butter
1 egg
10g Flour
ALMOND CREAM
GABULHI FILLING
250 grams Young coconut
75 grams Sugar
